Warren K. Chapman, PhD is vice chancellor for external affairs at University of Illinois Chicago. Previously, Dr. Chapman was president of The Bank One Foundation, was Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy for J.P. Morgan Chase, served the Joyce Foundation as lead program officer, and held a series of positions with the Illinois State Board of Education. He is a member of the boards of directors of the Chicago Historical Society, the Metropolitan Planning Council, Chicago Lighthouse for People who are Blind or Visually Impaired, and Columbia College of Chicago, and is a past member of the board of the Donors Forum of Chicago.
