Jean Westrick
Jean Westrick joined the Joyce Foundation in 2002 and serves as program assistant for the Culture Program and the Foundation's Communication. Previously, she worked for the Michigan Health & Hospital Association as special assistant to the executive vice president of policy and data services. While an undergraduate student, Jean served in Americorps where she was presented an award for National Service and was recognized by former Michigan Governor John Engler for her work as reading tutor for disadvantaged youth. Jean holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Service from DePaul University. She lives in Chicago with her husband of eight years.
