Rev. Phil Hart

Rev. Phil Hart is the Interim Conference Minister for the Illinois Conference of the United Church of Christ. He previously served as the Interim Conference Minister of the Ohio Conference of the UCC, where he led six separate corporations (conference and associations) to move to a common database and financial program, led the restructuring of the Outdoor Ministries Program, and coordinated the work of the Ohio Conference staff.
