Previously, Dr. Chapman was president of Bank One, served the Joyce Foundation as lead program officer, and held a series of positions with the Illinois State Board of Education. He is a member of the boards of directors of the Chicago Historical Society, the Metropolitan Planning Council, and Columbia College of Chicago, and is a past member of the board of the Donors Forum of Chicago.

Warren K. Chapman, PhD is vice chancellor for external affairs at University of Illinois Chicago.Previously, Dr. Chapman was president of Bank One, served the Joyce Foundation as lead program officer, and held a series of positions with the Illinois State Board of Education.
