John Myers first joined Catalyst in January 2004 and rejoined in November 2006, after spending a year traveling and writing in India. Previously, he worked in online publishing and wrote freelance articles for a variety of community newspapers and online magazines including, Conscious Choice magazine, PerformInk magazine, Rapid Growth.com, Billboard.com, Lincolnwood and Skokie Life. He received a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia College and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State.
He is the recipient of the 2005 Clarion Award from the National Association for Women in Communications.
