The free, public event will feature a panel discussion on current and future cannabis policy in Illinois. Joining the panel are Rev. Al Sharp from Community Renewal Society, Beth Johnson from Cabrini Green Legal Aid, Jim Leitzel from University of Chicago, and Cook County Commissioner John Fritchey. On hand will be principal author Kathie Kane-Willis, who will discuss highlights.
