Building Community Equity: Tax Increment Financing Workshop

A free workshop on how TIF districts work, and how community organizations can influence allocation of funds. TIFs provide public subsidies for redevelopment, infrastructure, and other community improvement projects. This will be the first workshop in The Law Project's new Building Community Equity Workshop Series on land use and planning practices in Chicago, and how community members can get involved.
