Commitment to Anti-Racism

With the implementation of CRS’ new strategic plan, prioritization of anti-racism frameworks and tools is now essential. This work has already begun with staff participating in the Crossroads anti-racism training, and continues with the establishment of an internal team, development of an institutional audit, and sharing of tools and training for CRS’ Board, leadership, community leaders, and congregations.
