Adamma joined CRS in October 2018 as a temporary development assistant. Raised in the west suburbs and a daughter of Nigerian immigrants, she was inspired at an early age to help others by her mother and give a voice to those unheard. She actively contributed to campus organizations for African-American and Latinx community, was one of the pioneer members of a revised black student union after their absence for more than 30 years and participated in fundraising with The Pulsera Project, a nonprofit organization that sells colorful, handwoven bracelets from Central-American artists. In her free time, Adamma is boxing, writing, or going on a random adventure in the city.

Adamma received her bachelors in community health from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
