Development & Communications Associate

Tyla Gross received a Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University where she studied Political Science, Sociology/Criminology and Social Work. As part of the executive board for the school’s Black Student Organization, she launched an annual week-long and campus-wide program of active and passive events tailored to fighting racism, uplifting minority voices and highlighting Black culture and diversity. She is passionate about speaking up for those who are marginalized in society and hopes to be a part of criminal justice reform. She is eager to learn, take on fundraising work and be an advocate in any and every way she can in her position at Community Renewal Society.
